Interested in sourdough, but don’t know where to begin? Jill Hall demonstrates the entire process step-by-step during the Sourdough Starter Class on Monday, Apr. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Community Room in the Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township Library. Not only will you leave the workshop with a sourdough starter, but you'll also take home a tantalizing loaf of bread ready to be baked to golden perfection. The cost for the class is $35.
