Decorate a Christmas tree during the annual Festive Tree Challenge at Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township Library. Individuals or groups may enter for a chance to win the $100 Grand Prize for the best voted tree. To enter, simply visit the circulation desk to complete your registration and pay the entry fee. 

Public voting will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 1 and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2. The winner will be announced during the Village Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2 on the south lawn of the library.

Rules:

• The cost to enter the challenge is $10 per entry.
• Payment and registration must be complete prior to decorating.
• Open date to decorate: Monday, Nov. 20
• Deadline to decorate: Thursday, Nov. 30
• Artificial trees* only--real trees are prohibited
• No inappropriate themes

*A limited number of artificial trees will be available on loan. Please ask if needed.
