Join us for an Author Talk with True Crime Author Rod Sadler on Wednesday, Apr. 23 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Community Room in the Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township Library. Sadler delves into the secrets of one of Michigan's most perplexing murder cases. His book Grim Paradise: The Cold Case Search for the Mackinac Island Killer offers an in-depth and suspenseful account of the long-standing mystery. Could advanced DNA technology lead to the identity of the Mackinac Island murderer as it did recently in the case of the Golden State Killer? The event is FREE and no registration is required. About the Author
Rod Sadler, a seasoned law enforcement veteran with a three-decade career, retired in Mid-
Michigan in 2012. His insatiable curiosity and relentless pursuit of justice led him to embark on
an award-winning writing career. His 2020 true crime Killing Women has received two Deadie
Awards, and his most recent book, Grim Paradise: The Cold Case Search for the Mackinac Island
