About the Event
Join us for a Chair Yoga class from 9:15 to 10 a.m. on Tuesdays at the Reynolds Twp. Library Program Center. Instructor Joni Brown will guide you through poses performed while seated in a chair, focused on stretching, building strength, mindfulness, and breath work. There will also be a few standing poses while holding onto the chair. This class invites deep breath work, moves slowly and is suitable for all fitness levels. Bring water and an open mind!
Class is free for One Pass™, Prime® Fitness, Renew Active®, or SilverSneakers® members, and for veterans. All others - cost is $5 (pay at the door). No registration is required.
