Cardio Drumming

Get ready to move, groove, and have fun with Cardio Drumming, beginning Monday, Dec. 2, at the RTL Program Center, located at 121 S. Lincoln St., Howard City. Classes will be held from 7 to 8 p.m., led by instructor Andrea Rawson. This energetic workout combines rhythmic drumming with full-body movement for a fun and effective fitness experience that’s perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to boost your cardio, relieve stress, or simply enjoy an upbeat workout with friends, Cardio Drumming is a great way to get active and feel amazing. This event is open to all ages and the cost is just $5 at the door. All equipment is provided, so bring your enthusiasm and get ready to drum your way to better health!
